Hi! I’m Valérie Demesse, I’m a personal trainer, scubadiving Instructor and I create IMMERSIVE TRIPS (wellness, nature and diving), mainly in Greece. I’ve always focused on a holistic approach to help my clients towards a better quality of life and mind-body harmony since 2016.

In addition to my experience with 1:1 coaching, I am a "naturopathy" and holistic health practitioner, NLP and life coach with some hypnosis and ACT tools as weel.
