Her personal yoga journey started back in 2017 when she took a deep dive into the practice and found the endless benefits it has on the mind, body, and soul. Today, Lauren is a mother of two girls and a proud owner of a thriving yoga studio, where she pours her heart into creating a nurturing space for her community. With her 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification and a deep understanding of the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness, she specializes in creative Vinyasa classes focused on strength, alignment and breath. Lauren's journey has taken her around the globe, touching the lives of countless individuals seeking growth, healing, and self-discovery. Her retreats are a harmonious blend of yoga, travel, and personal transformation, where participants are invited to explore their inner creativity, find balance, and blossom on every step of their journey.
