About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Ludvig Edvin paints his perspective through studies from four major disciplines.
The first and most technical one are his studies within neuroscience and neurobiology at the University of Chicago, with his aim being to understand the underlying functions of the most complex creations in the universe; the human brain.
The goal with this path was to build an understanding of how our physical reality is biologically understood and translated into behaviours, thought-patterns and experiences.
The second major pillar of Edvin's academic foundation can be found in science of sound and music. As a *certified Sound Therapist* and with a deeply rooted passion in music composition, he built his musical understanding through a lens of neurobiology & psychology.
He believes that by understanding and learning about the pathway between our Acoustic Scenario in life(our external world) and our Life Scenario(aka our internal world,) he believes we can drastically improve our mental health and social belonging.
The third color in his palette comes from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, also known as CBT.
As a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Practitioner he aims to outline unproductive or unhelpful thinking patterns in order for us to improve decision making, reduce undesired negative emotions, and be more aware how our behaviours affect our mental, physical and social environments.
Last but not least, his work in the United States and the Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy industry has over the last year left him with an ocean of first-hand knowledge and insights into the most recent and up-to-date developments in one of the most promising fields in mental health; Psychedelic Therapy.
His work with numerous Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy centres in the US has lead him to many personal takes on what the future might hold, with an immediate hope and prediction being a more well-informed society on the use and potential applications of Psychedelics.
