About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Sarah has been teaching yoga and meditation for 5 years, with 10+ years of dedicated practice and experience in the wellness industry, with a background in mindful movement (including Vinyasa, yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga, and various meditation practices). She has done additional studies in Tantric Hatha, the Chakra system, and over the last 3+ years has written about yoga, wellness, nutrition, and mental health for various clients in the well-being industry.
