Why study with them?

I began practicing Iyengar yoga 14 years ago, embarking on a transformative journey of self-discovery and discipline. Five years ago, I completed my teacher training, deepening my connection to meditation and sharing my passion for transformation through yoga. Two years ago, I traveled to India to enrich my practice and discovered Ashtanga yoga, further expanding my perspective.

As a mother of three and a woman over 40, I bring a unique focus to my classes, emphasizing core strength—not only as a physical foundation but as a source of emotional resilience. I integrate spiritual elements to foster deeper self-connection and balance. Additionally, I guide women in cultivating self-love and awareness, using tools like mindful to empower and elevate their lives.
