I am Carlos Orlando Chindoy Agreda, an indigenous healer from the Camentsá Biyá lineage of Sibundoy, Putumayo, Colombia. My ancestors entrusted me with the sacred responsibility of healing, protecting the jungle, and preserving our ancient traditions. With humility, honesty, and love, I carry forward their legacy of spiritual and physical healing through the sacred medicine of Yagé (Ayahuasca) and other healing plants gifted by God.
My Mission
I dedicate my life to protecting the Amazon, safeguarding its water sources, ancient trees, flora, and fauna. My work is deeply intertwined with educating communities on the importance of caring for nature while maintaining our ancestral traditions and the Camentsá Biyá language. Through the wisdom of plant medicine, I guide others toward healing, self-discovery, and a profound connection with the spiritual world.
A Vision of Healing and Restoration
I believe in a future where our forests and mountains are restored, where humanity understands that spiritual, physical, and environmental well-being are interconnected. The land is sacred, and my goal is to make our reserve a sanctuary for education, biodiversity, spirituality, and physical healing. Here, people can learn about the mysteries of medicinal plants, the wisdom of the planets, and the balance of the four elements—water, fire, air, and earth—within themselves.
A Journey of Sacred Knowledge
As a native of this land, I was raised within a lineage of healers. My mother, Josefa Agreda, and my father, Salvador Chindoy, were spiritual curanderos who fulfilled their mission before passing on. They taught me that true healing comes from humility and deep respect for the natural and spiritual worlds. Today, I continue this sacred work, offering guidance, healing, and the wisdom of our ancestors.

I am medicine. I am water, fire, air, and earth. I am here to serve with the love of my Father, God, to help others reconnect with their spirit, heal their wounds, and awaken to their true essence.
