Mayor Carlos moved from his native Sibundoy region to an area populated by other indigenous communities with their own, different (as well as similar) customs and ancestral practices. Through learning from other cultures, it is Mayor Carlos’s mission to integrate and unite what is beautiful and good from each culture in order to help our (human) race grow and prosper as one family.
