Why study with them?

Erin’s journey began in 2005 as a professional commercial dancer, a career that came with its own challenges. Through yoga, meditation, and gratitude practices, she learned to overcome obstacles and now channels her experiences to inspire and empower others.

She offers a range of modalities, including Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket, 4beat, Yin Yoga, guided meditation, nervous system regulation, breath-work, and gratitude journaling practices.

The Gratitude Retreat, rooted in Erin’s own transformation, was created to help others cultivate clarity, confidence, and self-worth, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with renewed focus and purpose.
