Sunrise
Rise a little earlier and have your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise over the treetops, or opt for a well deserved lie in.
8.30am
Morning Practice
Each day on the retreat we will have a 2 hour group morning practice of meditation, gentle breathwork and a Yang - Yin Yoga practice, and finishing off with some gratitude journaling in our open air jungle shala.
10.30am
Breakfast
We will break our fast with some beautiful fresh fruits, juices, and hot dishes served by our amazing private chef on the outdoor terrace over looking the jungle.
10.30am - 6pm
Free time/excursions
Daytime on our retreats will be spent as you please! There will be options to take surfing lessons, explore the town and have lunch, visit local beaches, take a walk in the private gardens, chill by the villa pool, have massage, or even take part in a private session with Erin and brush up on your yoga inversions. Go solo or stick with the group, you decide.

Sunset
Enjoy the the sunset on the beach, at the villa, in a group or on your own, bringing us back to the simplicity of connection to the present moment, and gratitude for the day. There will be evenings where we may take a gentle practice at this time too.
8pm
Dinner & Tea
Join us for a generous and nourishing group dinner after our evening practice (included) or make your way into town to explore the local cuisine. Then chill, get cosy and finish the day with some bed time tea and chats or head off to bed for a good nights sleep.
