Kriya Collective was born from my own path of healing—a journey of remembering, alchemy, and coming home to myself.

The spaces I longed for but couldn’t find became my inspiration to create them for others. What started as my personal exploration of healing and self-love has blossomed into a sanctuary for deep transformation, connection, and inner peace.

Tuscany holds a special place in my heart—a land where I have felt profound healing and peace in my soul. Its energy is pure magic, and I believe everyone who steps onto its soil will feel it too. It is the perfect setting for the transformative experiences Kriya Collective is here to offer.

Our logo, the Tree of Life, symbolizes growth, wisdom, and the ever-unfolding journey of becoming. Just as the tree’s roots ground deep into the earth while its branches reach for the sky, we, too, are here to expand, evolve, and embrace all that we are.

On my workshops and retreats, you’ll often meet my beloved puppy, Gioia. Her name means “joy” in Italian, and she’s always by my side, reminding us to find happiness in the little things and stay present in the moment. She has a special gift for offering unconditional love in exchange for cuddles (or a treat or two!).

As a certified meditation teacher, I weave together astrology, herbalism, breathwork, and subconscious rewiring to guide others back to their true essence.

Through retreats, sacred gatherings, and intentional practices, my wish is to hold space for you to soften, heal, and embrace yourself fully—to return to your heart and reconnect with your soul. But most importantly, to remember: You are never alone.
