I am a medical doctor and somatic psychotherapist-in-training, currently deepening my understanding of the connection between human psyche and body. Since moving to Portugal, I have been co-running a surf guesthouse on the coast with my wife Niki, while embracing personal growth and new perspectives.

I believe that true pleasure and presence come from noticing life’s small details and reconnecting with what makes you feel alive. By helping you set empowering boundaries and navigate self-discovery with both intuition and practicality, I guide you toward greater self-awareness and fulfillment.

My goal is to create a safe supportive space where you can explore yourself with curiosity and build a deeper connection to the world around you.
