About the Teacher

Why study with them?

My name is Amy Wilson, and I am an Introspective Breathwork® Therapy Practitioner and Master Sound Healer, dedicated to guiding individuals through trauma and toward healing. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed support to those who have endured life’s profound challenges, including experiences such as abuse, relationship difficulties, adverse childhood experiences, loss, substance use, and harmful experiences within religious settings.

Trauma encompasses far more than what we commonly recognize as life-altering events; it includes powerful emotional burdens like guilt, shame, fear, and abandonment. Our earliest experiences often shape our subconscious and influence adult life in ways we may not even realize. Recurring dreams, reactive emotions like jealousy or anger, chronic conditions, and physical pain often signal unprocessed trauma. Together, we can work through these signals, uncovering and addressing root causes to help rewire your responses and bring about healing.

I’m a Christian, married for 22 years, and a mother of three teenagers. My journey as a trauma survivor has profoundly shaped my approach to healing. Certified by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA)—the only member in Arizona—I have met rigorous standards, including over 400 hours of training, ethics education, and a commitment to GPBA’s Code of Ethics. This credential underscores my commitment to ethical and safe practice, providing you with a reliable, professional, and compassionate healing space.

My background includes certifications from the One Breath Institute in Breathwork Therapy and Life Changing Energy in Sound Healing. I specialize in using Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and other sound healing modalities to complement Breathwork, enhancing emotional release, stress reduction, and deep relaxation.
