Chavone L. Crespo, MS, LMHC, LPC, CDBT, ACS, NCC is a licensed mental health counselor and clinical supervisor with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, specializing in trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and personality disorders. She holds licensure in multiple states, including New York, Colorado, Florida, and Texas, and is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CDBT), an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
Chavone is currently a doctoral candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her research centers on strengthening supervision strategies for clinicians working with high-risk personality presentations, particularly those in Cluster B (e.g., borderline, narcissistic, and schizoid traits).
With a deep commitment to culturally responsive care, Chavone’s practice and teaching prioritize personal agency, accountability, and connection. She leads wellness retreats, professional trainings, and creative recovery workshops that integrate therapeutic skill-building with inclusive healing practices—particularly for LGBTQIA and BIPOC communities.
