About the Teacher
Why study with them?
For years, I lived in self-abandonment. I worked myself to exhaustion, gave endlessly, and mistook anxiety for love. On the outside, I looked accomplished, yet inside I was disconnected from my body and afraid to be truly seen.
I am a transformational coach, breathwork therapist, SOMA® Breath facilitator, and somatic healing practitioner devoted to helping people reconnect with the most important relationship they will ever have - the one with themselves.
My turning point came when I realised that intimacy does not begin with another person - it begins within. Through breathwork, nervous system awareness, and somatic healing, I came home to my body. I discovered that love without peace is not love, that boundaries are devotion to self, and that safety is the soil where desire and trust can finally grow.
Today, my work supports people in feeling safe in their bodies so they can open to real connection - with themselves, with others, and with life. I combine scientific understanding of the nervous system with embodied, heart-centered presence to help people move beyond fear, overthinking, and emotional numbness into authenticity and love. My approach creates a grounded, safe space where emotions can move and connection can deepen naturally.
In private sessions, I work with women through The Rewild Woman program - a journey of self-intimacy and embodied power. It helps women stop abandoning themselves, reclaim their pleasure, and choose relationships that feel like freedom, not survival.
Because when a woman stops abandoning herself, she doesn’t just experience intimacy. She becomes it - with herself, with life, and with love.
