About the Teacher
Why study with them?
During the 3 years I spent in India, I was taught by a teacher doctor in Ayurveda who holds a PhD in Pranayama yoga from Gurukul Kangri University, based in Haridwar, one of the oldest yoga university of the world, in the world capital of Yoga. I successfully completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training course registered with the International Yoga Alliance.
In addition, I spent 10 years in Asia deepening my knowledge and gave up to 700 classes in 6 months at a rate of 120 classes per month before becoming a trainer myself.
I have been able to share yoga and Ayurveda in many places: ashrams, yoga studios, fitness centers, bank headquarters, palace hotels, stock exchange companies, universities, retirement homes, schools for children in India, the United Arab Emirates, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Bali and French Polynesia.
It is thousands of students that have benefited from my sharing, including several hundred students that I have trained to become yoga teachers. I have accumulated a total of 7000 hours of teaching of Yoga and Ayurveda over a dozen of countries and five continents.
I wants to make the world a better place by being in it and play a role in the expansion of the collective consciousness, with unity and inclusivity. I am always happy to answer questions and share the wisdom gained through the study of yoga and ayurveda, and thus be able to help people help themselves, to take a path towards holistic healing, where self-love is consciously cultivated.
