A little bit about me. Growing up with a spiritual mother, I was introduced to things like meditation, yoga and energy work (reiki) from a young age. I however decided not to "deal" with all that and joined the rat race. After years of depression however, I knew I needed a change and I slowly started rediscovering all the things my mom had taught me. I entered the plant medicine world about 8 years ago and slowly but surely through experience, I started to learn how these work.

I don't call myself a healer or a shaman. It's because I really prefer staying away from any labels, titles and boxes as they do not contribute to inner peace. They create stories, patterns and images which in turn create limitations. And we don't need limitations :).

I believe that we as humans are capable of always deciding who we want to be and what we want to believe in. If we want to use this power for our greater good, it is important to always stay open and honest - especially towards yourself. To tap into our authenticity and our core, plant medicines are here to work with us. And I am here to offer a non-judgmental safe space, where you can feel empowered and supported to go inside and meet your authentic self.
