This role involved fostering a deep appreciation for nature and encouraging experiential learning through outdoor activities. She has also been an assistant in an art therapy program that supported elementary and middle school students returning to school following the pandemic, using art as a medium of expression to help children navigate their emotions and adapt to new routines.
Currently, India is involved in a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program that integrates real-life lessons with video games. This innovative approach engages individuals in therapeutic practices through interactive, relatable, and fun gaming experiences.
Her approach emphasizes witnessing and holding space for individuals, allowing them to explore and address their inner experiences in a nurturing and empathetic setting.
