Why study with them?
As a Mindfulness Coach, I have supported over 300 individuals in managing stress, increasing energy and vitality, navigating challenges with more skill, using their intellect more effectively, and recognizing when rest is needed. Mindfulness helps shift unhelpful thinking patterns and, over time, fosters deep personal growth. I specialize in Mindfulness Coaching through yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices that support emotional regulation and mental resilience—with compassion and adaptability for each individual. I’ve witnessed transformative growth within the community I’ve worked with.

Guided individuals in improving their mindset, behavioral patterns, and emotional resilience by tailoring personalized coaching practices and leading group sessions that resulted in noticeable attitude shifts. Led over 15 weekly sessions for both groups and individuals. Conducted sessions focused on mindful communication, meditation, and breathwork to support clients’ emotional resilience and inner balance. Developed personalized yoga, mindful movement, and mindfulness session plans tailored to individuals with specific needs and goals, helping them solve challenges and enhance their quality of life.

Yoga Volunteering Sounds of Heart – Humanitarian Organization for people with special needs (2020–2021) This experience brought pure joy and deep meaning. Through yoga sessions, we supported individuals in improving mobility, reducing anxiety, enhancing focus, and cultivating emotional regulation. The practice also fostered better self-esteem, social interaction, and sensory integration.
