GRETA

About the Teacher

Why study with them?

Greta’s journey with yoga began in her early twenties, when dance and the stage were her whole world. In 2016 she travelled to India and met her first teacher, Yog Amito — a guide whose wisdom has stayed with her ever since.

Her path then carried her across the open ocean. Working on private yachts, she taught yoga to people from all walks of life. There she learned to align asanas with a swaying deck and to help others find peace amid wind and waves. At the same time, she immersed herself in Ayurveda, Hatha yoga, anatomy, and ancient wellness traditions.

In 2022, Greta discovered a new calling — tantra. She spent three months in Ecuador at Durga’s Tiger School – Tantra and Shamanism, where she experienced a profound shift. Tantra taught her to dance with life and to transform every moment into a sacred form of art. With it came magic: rituals, herbs, songs by the fire, a deep connection with nature, and the awakening of feminine energy.

In 2024, she returned to India to dive deeper into women’s practices: prenatal and postnatal yoga, Yin yoga, Ayurveda, natural healing, and meditation. She also had the honor of witnessing a soul entering this world — an experience that deepened her reverence for the sacredness of life.

To Greta, yoga is not just a mat or a sequence of poses.
It is a celebration of life — the fire that glows in the chest and the quiet that embraces from within.
It is breath, movement, ritual, the sound of nature, and a profound, unconditional connection with oneself.
