About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Ekaterina is a space holder with depth, warmth and an intuitive sense for what's needed. She meets others with a calm, grounded presence and holds space in a way that makes transformation feel safe, supportive and sustainable.
Her path is shaped by both clinical expertise and deep personal exploration. As a licensed psychologist and behavioral therapist in advanced training, Ekaterina brings over eight years of clinical experience including nervous system regulation and trauma-sensitive approaches.
Certified as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, Ekaterina integrates movement, breath and body awareness into her work, guiding individuals and groups beyond words and into embodied self-connection.
Ekaterina bridges science and soul, structure and softness. Her work invites clients and participants to explore their inner world, meet themselves with compassion and grow from the inside out. She sees healing as a holistic and ongoing process - an everyday practice of self-awareness, integration and growth. Holding space means walking beside others with clarity and care, making room for both softness and strength.
In her 1:1 sessions and group formats, she combines mindful embodiment, inner reflection and psychological clarity. She creates spaces where high-performing women can exhale, soften and reconnect with what truly matters to them.
In a world that often pulls us outward, she invites you inward to rest, to reflect and to re-root in what matters most.
