About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Kelly is a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Trainee in Stage 3, being trained through The School of Breathwork and working under the Supervision of Eleanor Mann (Director & Lead Trainer of The School of Breathwork). She is passionate about helping others reconnect to themselves, others, and their life through breathwork, using it as a creative tool for conscious living.
Kelly started practicing breathwork in 2023, finding that it allowed her to heal past wounds, release life-long insecurities, and become more of the regulated, connected parent she always longed to be.
Kelly is also a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and works part-time as a counselor, working with both adults and children, at a group practice in the Denver area. Kelly brings a warm and supportive presence to her work, building trust through her authenticity and kindness.
