Tessa Hansen

Tessa Hansen is a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Facilitator trained through The School of Breathwork. Tessa works full-time as a breathworker running her own business as well as holding roles as a facilitator at The School of Breathwork and coach with The Reconnected, an international community of parents who use breathwork and play therapy practices to become the parents they've always wanted to be. Tessa achieves all of this while solo parenting two young kids, made possible because she has integrated a deep personal Breathwork practice into everyday life, practicing and living the work that she so passionately supports others with.
