About the Teacher
Why study with them?
My name is Mar (short for Marketa), and I'm a podcast manager, marriage officiant, vegan, consciousness expansion practitioner, and retired globe-trotter.
My journey around the world led me to explore the most sacred place of all: the inner self.
For the past 6 years, I've been on a deep transformational journey, and now I'm on a mission to show others what is possible in terms of self-development, cultivating awareness, and living life from a place of love and true authenticity.
I've worked through my own struggles for many years and created a life that I never even imagined was possible. And I simply can't keep all of that to myself.
I believe in honoring the natural cycles of the earth. Winter is not the time to push or strive but a season for stillness, reflection, and quiet renewal. It is an invitation to pause, to let go, and to create space for what is to come. The true work of growth begins in spring, when nature awakens and calls us to rise with it. This retreat is not about doing more but about aligning with the wisdom of the seasons and trusting that rest is as essential as action.
