Morgan Slate

Morgan is one of the co-founders of El Cerrito, having apprenticed for many years with Lis, Danger and the land. Aside from coordinating this wild project, she works with medicine, taking people by the hand to new heights and shining a light in the dark depths that many people shy away from. Her work is political, boundary-pushing, and deeply centered in the body. She is a talented energy worker and takes on themes, territory, and body parts often left in the shadows. Her touch is magic and her fierceness inspires bravery. In her free time she organizes connective events for the queer community that combine touch, structural change and vegetables.
