Transport to and from the retreat is mandatory and fully included in the price. All participants meet at the Flor de la Vida center in Cuenca at 08:00 on Friday morning and travel together to Inti Kamari Wellness Lodge in the Yunguilla Valley — approximately 1 hour by road. Return transport departs from Inti Kamari at 09:00 on Monday morning, dropping participants back at the Flor de la Vida center in Cuenca. From Quito, take a connecting flight to Cuenca (approximately 1 hour) or travel by bus (approximately 8 hours).
