The food during the retreat is light and nutritious, with vegetarian and vegan options. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free menus are also available upon request.

Directions
The nearest international airport is Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD). We offer a group transfer from the airport on the first day of the retreat (Thursday) at 6:00 PM, and a return transfer on the last day (Sunday) at 2:00 PM. For arrivals or departures outside of these times, transportation must be arranged individually and is not included in the retreat fee.
El aeropuerto internacional más cercano es el Aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas (MAD). Ofrecemos traslado grupal incluido desde el aeropuerto el día de inicio del retiro (jueves) a las 18:00 h, y traslado de regreso el día de finalización (domingo) a las 14:00 h. Para llegadas o salidas fuera de estos horarios, el transporte deberá organizarse de forma individual y no está incluido en el aporte del retiro.
