Tokai Relaxation Oasis is a family-run fasting sanctuary nestled in the mountain forests of Japan’s Tokai region. For decades we have guided guests of all ages — from teenagers to those in their nineties, through gentle, personalized soft-fasting programmed rooted in Japanese wellness tradition.
Our mission is simple: create a natural, temptation-free environment where the body can rest, reset, and heal itself. We believe the gut is the root of all health, that fasting is the most powerful tool for rejuvenation, and that the mountain forest is the ideal place to begin. We are not a luxury spa. We are a quiet, honest retreat — Relaxed and believes deeply in what they do.

Directions
1. From Centrair Airport — take the Meitetsu
Airport Line to Nagoya Station (~30 min)
2. From Nagoya Station — take the Meitetsu
Express to Higashi-Okazaki Station (~30 min)
3. From Higashi-Okazaki Station:
— Exit through the East Gate, turn left
— Go down the stairs to the North bus stop
— Take Meitetsu Bus from Stop 2 or 5
bound for "Asuke"
— Depart: 14:10 sharp (don't miss this bus!)
— Journey: approx. 70 min to Asuke Bus Center
4. Contact us BEFORE boarding the bus
so, we can arrange your pickup at Asuke.

Take a taxi from Asuke (~20 min, ~¥4,000).
We can arrange one if contacted in advance (+¥1,000 outside regular hours).
