The Light Within is a nonprofit organization devoted to supporting those navigating profound loss through intimate, retreat-based healing experiences. We create safe, thoughtfully curated spaces where grief can be honored, expressed, and gently transformed. Through a holistic approach that integrates emotional support, somatic practices, and connection to nature, we guide participants back to themselves—at their own pace, in their own way. Our work is rooted in compassion, community, and the belief that even in the darkest moments, healing is possible.

Directions
Arrive and depart via Puerto Vallarta International Airport, where you’ll be greeted and transported in our luxury shuttle. We offer two scheduled transfers on arrival and departure days. The drive to Sayulita is approximately one hour.
