I can't put into words how much I value my time at Arkana in the jungle. The staff went above and beyond to make everything so perfect. It was challenging at times, but that is part of the process. With healing comes challenges. The space was beautiful and comfortable and everyone associated with that place are top-notch. I highly recommend a trip to visit Arkana. You won't regret it.

My experience at Arkana was so powerful and amazing.. it was my first time going to an ayahuasca retreat and despite my nervousness I immediately felt a close connection to all the facilitators and staff... They went above and beyond to ensure that we felt safe and I had complete trust in everyone of the guests and the people that helped to make it a very positive experience and I will most definitely be returning to that location because I developed a very close relationship with everyone and felt like we were a family...all the facilitators were always available to talk and I left feeling like I'd accomplished so much!!.... I am forever grateful to all the Shamans and all the facilitators and staff that helped to make that happen...🙏🙏🙏

I also have to mention the incredible staff working behind the scenes to cook, clean the facilities, and provide security—their contributions make the retreat flow seamlessly without distraction.
The jungle center itself is magnificent and luxurious, allowing you to appreciate the beauty of the Amazon in complete comfort. Being surrounded by the living, breathing rainforest amplifies the sacred relationship between nature and spirit. To experience the medicine in the heart of the jungle—the birthplace of the ayahuasca tradition—is profoundly moving.
It is true that the people you attend the retreat with become bonded with you, not just as friends, but as a new family, even after such a short time together. The retreat creates not only personal healing but also a sense of belonging, reminding you that none of us walk this path alone.
The shamans’ wisdom and devotion, carried through generations, was felt in their radiant presence and the healing power of their icaros, as well as in the care they gave to honoring our intentions before ceremony and holding space in the group shares each morning after. This transformation will continue long after leaving the jungle, as the lessons and reconnection ripple into daily life. Arkana spiritual centre is one of the most unique and well thought out retreat centers I have ever been to. Not only is the programming extremely nourishing and supportive but every single person that works there has a clear love and passion for the cause and for all guests that come. The setting is incredible, the food is out of this world and the spiritual community and the Shamans are outstanding. I had a really transformative experience and made friends that I know will last a lifetime. The entire team from upper management to centre staff are caring and thoughtful and made my time truly unforgettable. I will be back !

One of the best experiences of my life. The facilities were top notch! One would think out in the middle of the jungle would be really roughing it. I had a king size bed, fan over the bed, mosquito netting, cute suite with a large shower and plenty of space. The staff took care of the tiniest of details to folding my clothes to remembering I didn't like a particular food. We also were fortunate enough to visit the Sacred Valley sight as well, much more boutique hotel than eco lodge but the food was once again excellent and the staff just as attentive.

The work being done was intense but very safe. The facilitators were extremely attentive to each person in real time during ceremonies, before and after as well. Always checking in to make sure your experience was going well.

If you are hearing the call from mother Aya...this would be the only place I would go. This was the most authentic, safe, and loving adventure.
