Life Changing Experience
My experience at Arkana was truly life-changing, and I can't express enough how incredible everything was. From the facilitators, shamans, and staff to the retreat location and accommodations, every detail was executed thoughtfully. The entire experience was so well-organized, which brought me comfort as a first-time visitor and newcomer to plant medicine.

Mother Ayahuasca altered the course of my life in ways I could never have imagined. My mind has never felt so calm and clear—it's like driving down a quiet, one-lane highway with only my thoughts guiding the way. For the first time, I am in control of my mind, and I have discovered a level of inner peace I never thought was possible. The healing I received from both Aya and the shamans was nothing short of profound—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Though it was the most challenging experience of my life, there were countless beautiful moments of bliss and enlightenment. During my journey, I reconnected with my late grandmother, relived past lives, and was able to deeply reflect on who I am and who I've become. The healing and growth were beyond anything I could have hoped for.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ayahuasca at Arkana. The retreat creates a safe, sacred space that draws in individuals seeking higher consciousness and personal transformation. The experience is beautiful, but be prepared for some dark moments—it's all part of the process, and you will emerge a more powerful, awakened being. I wish everyone an unforgettable, safe, and truly life-changing journey.

A Life-Changing Journey at Arkana Spiritual Retreat Center
My experience at Arkana Spiritual Retreat Center was nothing short of transformational. From the moment I arrived, I felt held in the safest, most supportive container, allowing me to fully surrender to the deep healing that awaited. The facilitation was beyond incredible—every ceremony, whether with Ayahuasca, Wachuma, or Hapé, was guided with profound wisdom, care, and reverence.

Through these sacred medicines, I journeyed into the depths of my soul, uncovering and releasing what no longer served me. Hapé, in particular, helped me ground and clear my mind, deepening my connection to my intentions before and after the ceremonies. I came home with a fully restored heart, a deeper sense of purpose, and a renewed connection to my path. Almost immediately, I saw shifts in my work and relationships—everything became more vibrant, abundant, and aligned.

Arkana is not just a retreat center; it is a sanctuary for the soul. If you are seeking deep healing, clarity, and a true reset, this is the place. I am forever grateful for this experience and the incredible team and fellow participants who made it all possible. 🙏✨

A place of transformation
Arkana is more than can be put into words. The center is beautifully situated on the Ucayali river, home to the Shipibo people whose healing tradition is at the core the retreat.
The staff took beautiful care of us, providing healthy, fresh, delicious food, serene and magical accommodations, and an environment that was relaxing and healing in itself.
The facilitators together generated a place where we felt cushioned by kindness, and love, protected and valued. They have thought so carefully about the pace of the week, with the ceremonies anchoring other formal times for ritual, meditation, breath work, yoga, jungle experiences, and ample time to talk with other members of the cohort.
The Shipibo shamans are blessed people who transform with their unconditional, insistent, powerful love. There is a place on earth of pure healing love and it is here. I have the deepest gratitude to have found my way to Arkana.

The best part of my Cusco trip.
My stay was at Sacred Valley. Sure, the place is beautiful and the food is amazing but the best part for me was the facilitators. The staff truly understands what you’re going through (perhaps more than even you). They’ve all clearly had their own struggles and will give you the time and space to work on yourself while providing support when needed. I highly recommend this place.

The only place to do an Ayahuasca retreat
Incredible weeklong retreat at Arkana. Everything was top notch. The location and facilities in the middle of the jungle are beautiful, the staff is incredibly kind and professional and really pay attention to detail, everything is meticulously cleaned, the food is incredibly tasty, healthy, and beautifully presented, the facilitators are incredible angels that will help you throughout your ceremonies and your stay, and of course the team of shaman are kind, wise, experienced, and have beautiful hearts to help us foreigners partake in their healing traditions and power. Highly recommend to anyone considering an ayahuasca retreat. Would not recommend doing it any other way!
