This retreat is open to anyone who wishes to deepen their yoga practice by expanding the possibilities of your physical movement through aerial exploration, and to bring a mindful approach into your thoughts and actions.
Yoga is sanskrit for “union,” so this retreat offering is meant to provide alignment and resonance between your mind, body, and spirit, and to give you support for incorporating these practices into your daily life.
The beautiful and secluded location was intentionally selected for you to unplug, decompress, and reconnect to yourself.
Beginners are encouraged, all levels are welcome!

Please book your flight to arrive at Las Américas International Airport (SDQ) or Samaná El Catey International Airport (AZS).
A round-trip group airport shuttle to and from the airport is included in the price package.* Please read details below:
Santo Domingo Airport, officially known as Las Américas International Airport (IATA: SDQ, ICAO: MDSD), is the largest airport in the Dominican Republic and also is one of the largest ones in the Caribbean.
*Please note that shuttle pick-up can only be covered by the host for the day of the retreat's start and end dates. We kindly ask you to plan your travel arrangements accordingly, ensuring that your flight aligns with the scheduled pick-up times for group transportation. If you are unable to make the scheduled taxi or plan to arrive earlier or depart later, please be aware that there will be an additional fee to provide you with safe transportation.
