Kimberly Diotte
Kimberly is a circus performer and aerial instructor in Colorado. She is a former DI athlete and has instructed and coached movement for over 15 years. She loves aerial as an exploration of creative expression with suspension and support.
She has been a yogi since 2011 which gives her stability, strength, and grace in both the physical and mental realm. In 2021 she deepened her knowledge by attaining a 200 HR teaching certification.
Kim believes in creating value through radiant self-growth, compassionate connection, and recognizing the beauty and magic in each day!

Angelina's first yoga teacher training was in Spain 2018.
Since that magical time, yoga has been an integral part of her life. It makes her happy when she can help other people to change their body, mind and soul for the better.
The goal is to motivate her students to live YOGA on and off the mat so that they can reconnect more intensively with themselves and their bodies, get to know themselves better, connect with their inner being, start chasing their wildest dreams, and take care of the most important thing in their life – themselves.
I would like to accompany you on this wonderful path of self-discovery.

On this mindfulness-centered retreat your teachers, Angelina Rodau and Kimberly Jones will provide a holistic container for grounding and play as you immerse yourself in tranquil Caribbean surroundings, create new friendships, and find your zen through a combination of aerial yoga, yoga, and mindfulness workshops. After a fresh and balanced breakfast, you'll explore mindfulness techniques to promote grounding and presence within a group workshop setting.
The early afternoon is reserved for YOU time, with options to relax by the pool, get a massage, or explore secluded beaches.
Evening classes offer joyful connection and play as you take flight in an aerial yoga hammock!
Throughout the week, you'll have the chance to explore the surroundings with group excursions, relax by the pool, and experience the local culture.
