OTB uses various retreat centres in Asia, Portugal, Germany and Canada. Space for 20 people to sleep, 6 individual accommodations and 7 shared spaces and one private platform as a love space when there is a need for privacy, although we work for full transparency for healing. There is usually a a sauna, a private lake or river or beach. It's always different and always beautiful.

Usually a vegetarian and often a vegan diet, to keep the energy in Tantric work and in sublimation high and purified. It is a mix of Asian fusion, organic salads, mains, whatever chef decides. Super!

Nearest airports are LIS (Lisbon) and FAO (Faro) Rent a car or take the bus and we can have a taxi pick you up at the drop point or match you with someone who is also coming to share a car.

🦋 first right at the little bridge
🦋 then first left
🦋 follow through you will passe some sort of open white stone gates
🦋 the you arrive to a closed portal , but on the left is a dirt road with indication “Yemada”. Follow this road all the way up and then down, you will cross a lake
🦋 turn left and go through driving super slowly has there are kids playing until you see signs indicating ESSENCIA. It’s about 500m after turning left at the lake.
💗 the shala is indicated on the left side and you can park on the right side. more parking spots are if you continue straight and then on the right side....
