My Healing Waters QiGong retreat was created from my love for the QiGong practice in Nature and the amazing benefits of the healing hot springs of a unique place in Greece. It aims at offering the chance to release tension, connect with our body, mind and spirit and feel rejuvenated while sharing this unique experience with others. An ideal way to spend 6 days finding mindfulness in movement and being healed by the spa sessions in the hot springs.
