With a combination of ind. & collec. therapy sessions, healing and rejuvenating activities, we assist you in reaching your full potential.
Our retreats are unique bringing massive value, with individual hypnotherapy session, many collective sessions in NLP & Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Daily Meditation, Pilates and various workshops.
The number of place is limited (max 6 p.) to do individual session and bring massive value. The peaceful surroundings are a major plus and you will love our amazing location close to one beautiful beach.

We are in Caparica, south coast of Lisbon, in a privileged locations, at 7 mins from one a most beautiful beach of Portugal, still very natural. We are 20 mins from Lisbon and 25mins to airport.
The retreat center is situated in a quiet neighbourhood where you can find peace and serenity with a big garden, dedicated rooms for therapies.
All the participants will be sharing a beautiful private flat with a private terrace and a garden with great pool andfruit trees and plenty of space to relax.

Directions
Book your flight to Humberto Delgado Airport (Lisbon Airport) (LIS) in Lisbon, Portugal.
We are only 25mins from the airport (depending on traffic it can be a bit more during rush hour), we are located just 20 km away from Lisbon airport.
The easiest is to take a Uber or Taxi at the airport, the price of Uber is very reasonable and should be around €20 (depending on the time it can vary from €15 to €28). You can book a Uber or Taxis at the airport (there are plenty of them). Uber tends to be much more affordable than taxi. If needed, I can send you additional instructions in order for you to find them easily.
