Mawa Yuxyn stands as a well-established Center for Spiritual Studies, preserving the traditions of the Yawanawá ancestors deep in the heart of the Amazon jungle.

The center is accessible by invitation only, welcoming those who genuinely seek to immerse themselves in the spirituality, traditions, and indigenous ways of Acre.

Breakfast & Lunch

- 14 Nov: Fly at 08:40am from Brasilia Airport (BRB) to Cruzeiro do Sul (CZS) arriving at 11:55am. Flight number G3 1182 going via Rio Branco (RBR). This journey will take approx 5hrs. From the moment you land in Cruzeiro do Sul airport, the entire journey from here is included in the retreat’s price. We will take you in a van from Cruzeiro do Sul airport to a hotel in Cruzeiro do Sul (20m journey). Everyone will stay here one night together. - 15 Nov: The next day at 6am, a van will bring us from the hotel to Vila San Vicente (2-3hr road trip) In Vila San Vicente, we’ll transfer to a riverboat and embark on a 6-8hr boat journey through the jungle along the river, leading us to our final destination by the late afternoon: Mawa Yuxyn. Our return journey will simply be the reverse. We’ll depart Mawa Yuxyn on 25 Nov early in the morning, stay in Swamy Hotel that evening, then fly from Cruzeiro do Sul back to Brasilia the next morning (26 Nov) to wrap up this magical journey.
