As a holistic nutrition coach, I support people in their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Alongside evidence-based nutrition coaching, I work with clients on a mental and energetic level to release emotional weight, including past traumas, limiting beliefs, and blocked emotions—helping them to find peace, purpose and feel awesome in their body again.

Directions
Accommodations are located in Cocles. Just minutes away from the town of Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Limón.
To get here, you’ll have to fly first to Juan Santamaría International Airport of San José (SJO). There are over 300 weekly international flights to the Costa Rican capital. Our closest airport is Limón International, just 1h away from town.
Sansa Airlines offers daily services from San José to Limón (40min flight) if you wanna safe some time and add another spectular experience. Regardless of the airport we can arrange your private transfer from the airport to your accommodation or help you booking a shared shuttle service (see below).
Please arrive 1-2 days before the start of your retreat to not take up any of the retreat time for travel.
