Integration Inside

I had a wonderful weekend... a beautiful therapeutic process that begins long before you arrive and continues afterward, the preparation, the pre-sessions, and the follow-up. I discovered that healing can also come through enjoyment and gratitude. The tea ceremony, personally connecting with the mushrooms and preparing them, was incredible. Tabita and Bala held a warm, trustworthy circle where vulnerability and empathy were truly welcomed. The environment and set-up were carefully curated, and above all, the facilitators made me feel genuinely safe.

I did my first session with Bala and Tabi near Barcelona on my late mom's birthday last year. It was my first time, and wow, it was a really profound and transformational experience.
It helped me start to process and integrate her passing in a way I hadn't been able to before. I felt so cared for and supported the whole time, and the live music was just incredible, it made everything feel sacred and alive. It ended up being one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
Then this year , on the same date, I felt like I still had some pieces left to work through, so I reached out again for another integration session with Tabi. That session really helped me close the loop on a lot of things. I only have good words about their work, how caring and professional they are.

I reached out after a very difficult and dark psychedelic experience I had this past weekend. I felt very confused and emotionally heavy and dark, and I felt like I could not deal with it by myself and I needed someone to talk to. Tabita replied really fast, which I appreciated a lot because it felt urgent for me to talk to someone.

She was very kind, calm, and understanding. During the session today she helped me make sense of what I experienced, and also gave me useful tools to continue working on it. I usually do these things on my own, but this made me realise how different it is when you have professional support and a safe space.

I’ve been using psilocybin to deal with depression and find some direction in life, since I saw a documentary some time ago but I’m not really into group retreats, so it’s great to learn they offer individual sessions. I definitely want to join one when I’m able to travel to Spain.

Thank you again, it was a great experience, this session really helped me feel more grounded and hopeful after such a dark experience.
