In the jungle of Panama in what they call The Cloud Forest, at 3500 feet, among the sloths and the quetzals, there is a quiet retreat space called The Haven. The beds are comfortable and the on-site restaurant has delicious food. It’s the perfect place to unplug, tune in, and connect with nature, yourself, and the universe. There is something magical about being on the volcano. It begins to work on you from the moment you arrive – tapping you deep into the power of your inner creative core.

Directions
You will fly into Panama City and then take a hopper flight to David, Panama. We recommend coming into Panama City the day before, so you can take the morning flight to David. From there, a taxi will pick up the group at the airport and bring you to Kelle's house for the opening ceremony and a big brunch. At 3pm, you'll get a taxi to your hotel about 7 minutes away. We will have recommended hotels in your confirmation email - please do not book your flights until you receive your confirmation email since this will include important details. We provide transport from the airport ONLY on the morning of the beginning of the retreat at 9:15 am and on the last day of the retreat at 7:30am. If you need transport outside of those windows you will bear the cost of that yourself ($45 per car for a taxi or you can take a taxi to the bus station in David and catch the bus - much cheaper, but much slower and you will need Spanish to be able to navigate the bus station).

Kelle Sparta is a transformational shaman with over 50 years of spiritual study and experience. Her mission is to help individuals to expand their consciousness, explore their spiritual gifts, improve their connection with their spirit guides, and experience sacredness within themselves and in the world. She accomplishes this goal through focused programs, coaching, and retreats that break down the barriers between different spiritual traditions to create a foundational understanding of the roots of energy work and spiritual connection. Participants in her programs experience profound healing, self-discovery, and personal and spiritual growth.
