From the very beginning, Nick and Sarah created a warm, safe and deeply compassionate space. Their knowledge, sensitivity and calm presence made us feel fully supported throughout the whole process - from the personal intake and preparation sessions to the ceremony itself, the sharing circles, breathwork, parts mapping and integration afterwards.
The retreat was thoughtfully structured and never rushed. Every element seemed carefully designed to help participants feel grounded, open and cared for. The vegetarian meals were fresh and nourishing, the accommodation was comfortable, and the atmosphere within the group became trusting and kind very quickly.
The psilocybin truffle ceremony itself was profound, horizon-expanding and deeply healing. Nick and Sarah guided the journey with great skill, respect and humanity, allowing each person to explore their own inner landscape while feeling safely supported.
We left feeling lighter, more connected and genuinely grateful. I would highly recommend Compassionate Self to anyone seeking a carefully guided, compassionate and transformative psychedelic retreat.
