If you are

curious to explore psychedelic substances, and yet nervous to try them on your own,
you would like to ensure that the work that you do with psychedelics has a lasting impact on your life,
you are stuck in old patterns and want to break out of old habits and
If you are willing to roll up your sleeves and put in the work to prepare for and to integrate your journey

then we may be a good fit for one another.

Psychedelics are not a silver bullet that will immediately take away all of your issues. They are non-specific amplifiers and what they can offer is an opening and insight into the invisible parts of your subconscious mind. Once the door has been opened, then you will have to take advantage of this by putting in the time and effort to integrate your experiences and transform your life in the ways that you were hoping for.

How much the door to your subconscious is opened depends on a few factors. One critical factor is preparation and mindset another is a safe and compassionately held set setting. I have no interest in offering clients an entertaining trip to an inner Disneyland that has little or no impact on daily life. After all, the yardstick for a successful experience is whether or not it leads to lasting changes in your day-to-day life and this is why it is so important to me that you leave with tools and skills that will support you in the long term.

Each private one-on-one psilocybin truffle journey includes:

A 30-minute intake call and a screening questionnaire to assess if we are a good fit for one another.
One 90-minute online preparation session.
One 90-minute online integration session with the option to take an additional 7-session integration package.
Breathwork to relax your nervous system before the journey.
An inner parts mapping exercise and tips on how to become aware of the different aspects of your ego.
A vegan, organic meal to complete your psilocybin journey.

After a journey with plant medicine, we can feel open, vulnerable, fragile and delicate. I want to ensure that you can just be in that space without having to navigate trains, buses, highway traffic and the outside world. This is why I will come to you rather than having you navigate the outside world in the hours after your journey.

These post-journey moments are so precious and can offer a lot of new insights if there is space for it. On the day of the psychedelic journey, I will come to your home or bed and breakfast, as long as it is in the Netherlands which means that you can just stay on the couch or in your warm bed and allow the medicine to continue offering you its gifts.

January 2025 Psychedelic Weekend Retreat
I attended the January 2025 Psychedelic Weekend Retreat in the Netherlands with Sarah and Nic, and it was an absolutely incredible five-star experience from start to finish. Having never participated in anything like this before, I felt a little apprehensive at first, especially travelling over from Ireland. But I can honestly say I’m so glad I made the decision to go.

Sarah and Nic are truly wonderful people—genuine, compassionate, and deeply caring. They created such an emotionally safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment, which made the entire experience so comforting and supportive. Before the retreat, they communicated everything so clearly and thoughtfully. We even had a Zoom call to set intentions, during which they offered helpful advice and answered all my questions, which really helped me feel at ease.

The retreat venue was absolutely stunning, fostering a calming, healing, and safe atmosphere. The food, lovingly prepared by Sarah and Nic, was both delicious and nourishing, making every meal a joy. The entire weekend was perfectly structured, with just the right balance of activities to ensure the experience was meaningful and fulfilling.

During the magic psilocybin truffle journey (plant medicine), Sarah and Nic were incredibly supportive. I felt so safe and well cared for throughout the entire process, which made the journey even more profound and transformative.

I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend one of Sarah and Nic’s retreats to anyone considering this path. I also fully intend to return for another retreat in the future, as the healing and benefits I’ve experienced are truly remarkable. This retreat has opened new doors for me and has been a huge help in my trauma-healing journey. I feel so deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to take part in something so special.

Am Enchanting and Safe Trip
I just came back from my first psilocybin trip guided by Sarah and Nic and it was magical in all senses of the word. Sarah and Nic are extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and resourceful. They felt into every single participant, making us both feel at home as well as guiding us towards home. Though I initially felt the anxiety of venturing into the unknown, Sarah and Nic were there every step of the way, making sure that I explored with curiosity, gentleness and lightness. The way they sat up the whole program - from intake sessions to the different parts of the weekend to the follow up integration sessions - has given me an opportunity to feel prepared to face my parts and journey with courage, tenderness and safety. I have felt resourceful and empowered. Plus, doing this trip within a group of gentle souls, who were both as curious about themselves as well as conscientious about providing ample space for others, elevated and deepened my first psilocybin experience. My heart is full of love and compassion towards myself, and others. If you are on the edge about this, take a plunge with Sarah and Nic and you will be very glad that you did!

Gentle guidence in my inner-journey.
I recently made a truffle-journey (it was my second time). I feel very gratefull for the experience and for the excellent care I received from Nic and Sarah (and Hilde). The IFS coaching brought clarity and a certain inner-trust. On the weekend there was care in the location, the super nice food, the grounded prescence of Nic and Sarah. The care was in so many details: in the symbols on the coasters/cards, in their open and non-judgemental listening and sharing, in the flowers on the table, in their choice of music, ... A lot of subtle changes are taking place in myself. I really recommend working with 'Compassionate Self'.
