Nourishing Macrobiotic Meals During the retreat, we will enjoy nourishing macrobiotic meals, carefully prepared to support balance, vitality, and well-being.

Arrival in Lisbon: If you’re flying into Lisbon, you’ll arrive at Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS). From Lisbon to Encarnação: By Taxi/Uber: The quickest way is by taxi or Uber, which will take you directly to Zee Barn in Encarnação. The drive takes about 35-40 minutes and costs around €35-40. By Public Transportation: Metro and Bus: From Lisbon Airport, take the metro (red line) to Alameda station, then switch to the green line to Campo Grande. From there, you can take a bus to Ericeira, and from Ericeira, take a local bus or taxi to Encarnação (around a 25-minute ride). Alternatively, you can take a direct bus from Lisbon to Ericeira, which takes about 1 hour. From Ericeira, take a local bus or taxi for the final leg to Zee Barn.
