About this Retreat
Premo is the founder and facilitator of uFlow Retreats. With training in yoga and Gyrokinesis, and experience in meditation retreats in India and Greece, she creates safe, neutral spaces for reflection and self-discovery. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Hawai‘i.
Her approach is not about giving answers, but about holding space — using silence, journaling prompts, and group sharing circles to help participants listen inward and reconnect with their own inner voice.
Details of this retreat
In the heart of Tokyo lies a hidden oasis of calm. This two-night retreat invites you to step away from screens, daily stress, and constant noise, and give yourself the gift of stillness.
Through gentle morning movement, evening sharing circles, and plenty of quiet time, you will reconnect with your inner voice and reflect on your life with fresh perspective. Journaling prompts and group discussions offer structure, while most of the day is left open for personal reflection in the garden, sunroom, or nearby parks.
This retreat is not about following a guru or strict program — it is about creating space. As a facilitator, I hold the circle with neutrality, while you do your own inner work. With only five guests, the group remains intimate, supportive, and deeply restorative.
