Each day is woven with practices that support integration and balance — including meditation, breathwork, sound journeys, and energy healing sessions. You will be held in a safe and supportive space where every detail is designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.
Surrounded by the rainforest mountains of Costa Rica, the retreat offers a natural sanctuary where you can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the rhythms of the Earth. Comfortable jungle cabins, nourishing vegetarian meals, and restorative spa experiences (such as the wood-burning sauna, ice plunge, and red clay mud bath) provide the perfect setting for rest and renewal.

• Nearest International Airport: The closest international airport is Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José, Costa Rica.
• Travel to the Retreat: From SJO, it takes about 2 hours by taxi or private shuttle to reach our retreat center in the mountains near Jacó and Playa Hermosa.
• Other Options: Shared shuttles and rental cars are also available from San José.
