The 5-day Transformation Retreat – Rise is designed for individuals seeking to deepen their personal growth, reconnect with themselves, and gain clarity on life direction. Building on the foundational Awaken program, this retreat adds immersive experiences in nature, water-based activities, and advanced mindfulness practices.
