About this Retreat
Since early childhood, Aliksey has explored movement as a sacred language — a bridge between body, energy, and spirit.
What began in classical ballet has unfolded into a lifelong journey of embodiment, awareness, and transformation.
She was trained at the prestigious San Francisco Ballet School and later performed with the Hamburg State Opera in Germany. Her early years were devoted to precision, grace, and discipline.
Yet beneath the surface, a deeper calling stirred — a yearning to move beyond form and technique into the vastness of being itself.
This awakening led her to study metaphysics, where she immersed herself in the mysteries of energy and consciousness.
When she returned to the stage, it was as a contemporary dancer — liberated, expressive, and deeply attuned to the body's intelligence.
Through decades of performance across Germany and Switzerland, she came to understand movement not merely as art but as medicine — a pathway of remembering our wholeness.
Teaching soon became an extension of this devotion. For over 15 years, she has guided students in dance and yoga, creating spaces where movement becomes meditation and the body becomes a teacher.
Influenced by modalities such as Feldenkrais, Body-Mind Centering, and Somatic Experiencing, her approach is gentle yet profound — an invitation to soften, listen, and awaken from within.
Her journey continues to deepen through the study of the Higher Awareness Lifestyle (Randi Green) and certifications in Yoga and Theta Healing, through which she weaves physical mastery with energetic alignment and spiritual evolution.
At the heart of her work lies a simple truth: when we return to presence and embody our essence fully, we remember who we truly are — free, aware, and infinitely creative.
For over three decades, Vela Angelova has devoted her life to exploring what true health and wholeness mean — beyond conventional boundaries.
As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and lifelong student of natural healing, she has demonstrated that the physical body can thrive in harmony with nature, without reliance on medications.
Through her community classes and one-on-one guidance, Vela supports people in transitioning to plant-based nourishment and rediscovering their body’s innate healing capacity.
Her work extends beyond nutrition into the realms of energy and consciousness. Currently developing her energetic, hands-on healing practice, Vela leads classes that awaken people to their own energetic potential and multidimensional nature.
She understands that healing is not only physical — it begins within. Her teachings invite participants to engage in deep inner work: clearing the psyche, softening old patterns, and opening to authentic self-expression.
In this process, transformation happens at a molecular and energetic level, allowing the individual to perceive life with renewed clarity and freedom.
Vela’s presence is both grounded and expansive. She brings an embodied wisdom that bridges the practical and the spiritual, reminding us that health is not merely the absence of illness, but the art of living in alignment with one’s truth.
Her passion is to share this integrated vision of wellbeing — one that nourishes body, mind, and soul—and to guide others toward a life of vitality, balance, and deeper connection with the world around them.
