Catherena

Beth Hartig

With more than 2,000 hours of teaching experience, Beth Hartig of Hartig Yoga has spent the last decade guiding both locals and visitors in Palm Cove through the transformative practice of yoga. After studying psychology in the UK and completing her yoga training in India, Beth settled in Palm Cove in 2014, where her beachfront classes have become a beloved ritual. During the retreat, Beth will lead daily yoga sessions and journaling by the Coral Sea and poolside at The Reef House, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Slow Flow and Restorative practices — blending mindful movement with reflection.

Catherena McRae

With over three decades of yoga practice, Cathrena McRae brings deep experience to her sessions. She guides guests in mindfulness and meditation sessions as part of the retreat programme — creating space for clarity, calm and release. Additionally, Cathrena offers her signature “Stretch & Breathe” pool-side classes, designed to gently reduce tension and support flexibility in a relaxed setting beside the pool.
