With over three decades of yoga practice, Cathrena McRae brings deep experience to her sessions.

She guides guests in mindfulness and meditation sessions as part of the retreat
programme — creating space for clarity, calm and release.

Additionally, Cathrena offers her signature “Stretch & Breathe” pool-side classes, designed to gently reduce tension and support flexibility in a relaxed setting beside the pool.
