Details of this retreat

An experiential online course in embodied self-awareness and inner listening.

This 5-session introduction offers a deep dive into Focusing, a gentle, evidence-based practice of sensing into the body’s subtle knowing—the "felt sense."

Through guided exploration, partnered practice, and group inquiry, you'll learn how to listen inwardly with presence, curiosity, and trust. Discover how the body carries meaning and insight, and how felt awareness can open new pathways for clarity, growth, and transformation.

This course is a stand alone introduction to Focusing (G. Gendlin method) and also the first module of the full Focusing Skills training (BFA Accredited) and a gateway into the ongoing Felt Exploration community for those who want to deepend their practice.

Tuesday 20th January: Session 3 - Felt Sensing and Resonance
