Details of this retreat

A small-group horseback retreat for women in the Finnish forest

Step away from noise, responsibility and constant pressure — and into the stillness of the Finnish forest.

This retreat was created for women who have carried too much for too long.

Women who are tired of being the strong one.
Tired of overthinking.
Tired of holding everything together.
Women longing to finally exhale.

With only six participants, the experience remains deeply personal, spacious and calm.

At the heart of the retreat is a guided overnight horseback journey through the quiet Finnish wilderness.

Moving slowly with the horses changes something in the body.

The nervous system begins to settle.
The mind becomes quieter.
Breathing deepens naturally.
There is no need to perform, explain or be anything other than human.

The horses do not ask you to be productive.
The forest does not ask you to rush.
And for a moment, life becomes simple again.

Supported by sauna rituals, deep rest, nourishing food and gentle guidance, this retreat offers space to reconnect with yourself in a way that often goes beyond words.

Not through pressure.
But through safety, slowness and presence.

Who This Retreat Is For

This retreat may be for you if you:

* Feel emotionally or mentally exhausted
* Struggle to truly slow down and rest
* Carry stress, tension or overwhelm in your body
* Spend much of your life caring for others
* Feel disconnected from yourself, your body or your inner calm
* Long for silence, clarity and deeper presence
* Want something more meaningful than a traditional wellness holiday

You do not need riding experience.
You do not need to be “spiritual.”
You do not need to arrive healed.

You are allowed to simply arrive as you are.

The Horseback Journey

The overnight horseback journey is the heart of the retreat.

Moving through the forest with the horses creates a slower rhythm — one that many people have forgotten they need.

Horses respond to presence, tension and nervous systems with extraordinary sensitivity.
Without needing words, they invite grounding, calm and connection.

For many women, this becomes more than a trail ride.

It becomes a return to themselves.

Sauna, Sound & Integration

After returning from the forest journey, the retreat slows even deeper.

Warm sauna.
Quiet lake water.
Rest.
Silence.

A restorative sound healing session helps the body and mind integrate the experience gently and naturally.

There is nothing to achieve here.
No pressure to transform overnight.

Only space to breathe again.

On the final morning, we gather for a gentle guided meditation and quiet closing circle.

A soft landing before returning home — calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself.
