9:30 - 12 pm Morning Session: Activities centered around “feeling your feelings,” journaling, and an art activity “Inside Out”

1 - 2 pm Lunch
2:30 - 4:30 pm Afternoon Session: Activities around what we can and can’t control, acceptance; how we can move that knowledge and acceptance into action and impact.
4:30 pm - 6 pm Free time and 2 BARS Session

2nd Full Day: “Helping the Helpers” focuses on self-care and the exploration of daily habits that can build resilience and keep us grounded and includes guided activities throughout the day.
7 - 8 am Morning Session: Guided meditation and journaling

9:30 - 11:30 Mid-morning Session: Activities to explore meaningful bite-size self-care and practical ways to implement daily habits that build resilience

3rd Full Day: “Sources of Strength” incorporates activities using the evidence-based, strengths-based, upstream approach to mental health promotion and the prevention of adverse outcomes.

2:30 - 6 pm Late Afternoon Session: Guided Sources of Strength activities, reflection activity on your transformation of “Mud to
Lotus,” and creation of “spirit bundles”

Morning Closing Ceremony: “The Lotus Path” includes participants receiving lotus seeds to take home and grow as a reminder of their ability to grow through pain and loss.
